Measured in minutes · Verified over months
Your face,measured.
Realistic, science-based appearance guidance — without surgery.
Six photos and a seven-minute questionnaire become a measured facial analysis — 44 published metrics, compared against norms for your demographic — and a phased, evidence-cited plan you can actually follow. No scores. No hype. No scalpel.
02 — The premise
A ruler.Not a rating.
Every other tool hands you a number and a verdict. Kanon hands you measurements, context, and a plan — and never once tells you your worth on a scale.
Why looks matter · The literature
You alreadyknow it.
Fifty years of replicated social science — not vanity. We build on it honestly, with citations, instead of pretending it isn't true.

04 — The face, mapped

Reference subject 01 · illustrative — norms matched to sex, age band & ancestry
01
Landmarked
A 468-point mesh fits your six-shot capture set. Every distance is normalized to your interpupillary distance, so measurements are camera- and distance-independent.
02
Normed
Each of 44 metrics is compared to published anthropometric ranges for your sex, age band, and self-identified ancestry — not a single generic standard.
03
Graded
A deterministic rules engine reads the findings and selects interventions from an evidence-graded catalog. Every recommendation carries its citation.
04
Tracked
Quarterly calibrated re-capture measures whether the plan actually moved the metric — verified, above the noise floor, or honestly marked stable.
What you actually get
A ~30-page analysis withthe receipts attached.
44
published metrics in the system — your report covers the ones your capture supports, and flags the rest
468
facial landmarks mapped per photo, across six captures
A·B·C
evidence grades on every method, each with citations
Cover summary — category bands, never a score
Per-metric norm comparison with citation
Phased protocol — what, why, how, cost, evidence

A different starting point
The industry starts with ascalpel. We start with a ruler.

08 — A realistic picture
See the plan, before you start it.
Your report includes a restrained, honest visualization of the projected outcome of your non-surgical protocol — grounded in what the interventions can actually move, never an idealized fantasy. It is a picture of the plan working, not a promise.

Fair questions
Asked and answered— honestly.
Can't ChatGPT do this for free?
A chatbot looking at your photo guesses. Kanon measures: 468 facial landmarks per photo, and a registry of 44 published anthropometric metrics, each compared against demographic norm tables from the measurement literature — matched to your sex, age band, and self-identified ancestry. Your report covers the metrics your capture supports and honestly flags the profile-dependent ones as pending — never padded, never faked.
The plan is built the same way: a deterministic rules engine selects interventions from an evidence-graded catalog, and every claim carries a citation. The writing is AI; the decisions are auditable rules. That is a different product from a chat answer — and the difference is easier shown than argued: see the full sample report.
How long does it take?
Once your photos pass the capture quality checks, the analysis pipeline delivers your report in minutes. The questionnaire itself takes about seven.
The one exception is deliberate: any report that trips a safety review is held for human attention and delivered within 24 hours.
What exactly do I get for $99 vs $149?
One-time report · $99
- Full 44-metric analysis
- Phased, evidence-cited protocol
- Delivered once
Membership · $149/yr
- Everything in the one-time report
- Quarterly calibrated re-analysis
- Progress tracking against your baseline
- Protocol updates as your measurements move
- Care-team messaging for a year
Same analysis either way — the membership is for verifying that the plan is actually working.
Will this hurt my self-esteem?
It is designed not to. Kanon never produces an attractiveness score or a ranking — no 1-to-10, no percentile, ever. Reports lead with your measured strengths before any opportunity, and every opportunity comes with a realistic, non-surgical action.
We also screen for signs that an appearance analysis could do more harm than good. If your intake shows those patterns, we decline your money and point you to better resources instead. That path is built into the product.
Is my data safe?
Facial geometry is biometric data, and we treat it that way. You give explicit, standalone consent before any processing — it is never bundled into the terms of service.
Raw photos and landmark data are deleted 30 days after your report is delivered unless you separately opt into progress tracking, and you can request deletion at any time. Tracking-tier data is retained only while your membership is active and is fully deleted within 30 days of cancellation or request.
Is this medical advice?
No. Kanon provides educational appearance analysis — it is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in a Kanon report prescribes or doses anything.
Where the evidence points to a clinical option (prescription retinoids, orthodontics), your plan flags it as "discuss with a licensed provider" and gives you the measured findings to bring to that conversation.
Who reviews my report?
We are honest about this: reports are generated by expert-calibrated AI, not read line-by-line by a person. Every report passes an automated safety gate before delivery — contraindication checks, banned-claims scanning, strengths-first ordering, citation completeness — and a random sample of delivered reports is independently audited by a human.
Any report that trips a safety signal is held for mandatory human review before you see it. What we never claim is that a person reads every single report — they don't.
