The honest ledger
How Kanon makes money
A tool that measures you honestly has no business hiding how it earns. Here it is, in full — and the one rule that keeps the measurement trustworthy.
Reports & membership
Most of our revenue is simple: you pay for your analysis ($99 Base / $169 Complete) or an annual membership ($149/yr). No ads, no selling your data — your photos and landmark data never leave your device.
Affiliate links
When your protocol recommends a product — a sunscreen, a retinoid, an eye cream — we may add a link to buy it, and we can earn a small commission if you do. It costs you nothing extra. Crucially: which items your protocol recommends is decided entirely by the evidence-graded engine, before any link exists. A commission never adds an item, reorders one, or changes a grade.
Partners
Creators who promote Kanon earn a commission on new members they refer, and their audience gets a discount. Every partner agrees to disclose the relationship plainly, on every post — because undisclosed hype is exactly what Kanon exists to counter.
The rule that makes it honest
What you are told to do is decided by evidence, never by what pays. The analysis and the protocol are computed before any link or partner exists. If money ever pulled against the honest answer, the honest answer wins — that's the whole product.
