Terms of Service

This is an honest interim document, not a finished legal one. Kanon's terms of service are being prepared for counsel review before the first paid customer. Until then, these are the operating commitments the product is built around:

• Not medical advice. Kanon provides educational appearance analysis. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and no report creates a provider–patient relationship. Clinical options are flagged as topics to discuss with a licensed provider.
• 18+ only. Kanon is for adults 18 and over. The age gate is enforced at intake and checkout, and under-18 intakes are declined.
• Screening and declines. We may decline to sell you an analysis based on intake screening, with a full refund of anything paid. That decision is about product fit, not a judgment about you.
• No scores. Kanon never produces an attractiveness score or ranking, and you agree not to present Kanon output as one.
• Refunds. If capture QC cannot pass or a report cannot be honestly delivered, you get your money back.

Refund policy

• We refund what we can't deliver. If your photos cannot pass capture QC, if a report cannot be honestly delivered, or if intake screening declines the sale after payment, the refund is issued automatically — without you asking. Kanon does not keep money for an analysis it did not provide.
• No blanket money-back guarantee. Once a report has been delivered, the purchase is final. Questions about a specific charge: support@kanonbeauty.com.

The counsel-reviewed terms will replace this page before Kanon accepts payment from the public.
