Partner Program Terms

Creator partnership is by application and approval at our discretion; we may decline or revoke without stating a reason. You must be 18+, hold a Kanon account, and provide accurate information. Members receive a give-get referral code automatically; creators receive an upgraded code on approval.

Creators earn 20% of the first payment by each new customer whose purchase carries your code or link. Members (give-get) earn a flat $20 credit per new referred customer. Your audience receives $20 off. Renewals, repeat purchases, self-referrals, and purchases refunded or charged back earn nothing.

Commissions become payable 30 days after the sale (the refund window); a refund inside the window reverses the commission. Earnings are tracked in your dashboard ledger. Payouts are issued as account credit or by the manual method we agree with you; automated bank payouts may be offered later. You are an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes; nothing here creates employment, agency, or partnership.

You must disclose your material connection to Kanon clearly, conspicuously, and adjacent to the link or code, on every post, in plain language your audience will actually see (e.g. "Kanon partner — I earn a commission and you get $20 off with my code"). Platform tools like "paid partnership" labels supplement but do not replace this. Undisclosed promotion is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions from undisclosed posts. This is FTC law — and it is also the entire point of Kanon.

You agree not to: present Kanon output as an attractiveness score, rating, or medical opinion; promise results; target minors or run content in the "rate me" format; promote via spam, purchased traffic on Kanon's own brand terms, coupon-scraping sites, or deceptive claims; imply Kanon endorses your other content; or use the Kanon name and marks outside promoting the Service as licensed here (limited, revocable, non-exclusive, for program promotion only).

We may withhold or reverse commissions we reasonably determine arise from fraud, self-dealing, incentive abuse, or violation of these terms, and may correct ledger errors. Our attribution records govern.

Either side may end participation at any time; lawfully earned, payable commissions at termination will be paid out. We may modify the program (rates, mechanics, or these terms) prospectively with notice via your dashboard or email; continued participation is acceptance. Sections 3–5 survive termination. Disputes follow the dispute-resolution terms of the Terms of Service.
